Product Description

The Nova Solvers Analog Input Card is a fully integrated spacecraft data acquisition module developed as part of the Nova Solvers Common Avionics Platform. It provides a reliable interface between spacecraft sensors and onboard processing systems, enabling accurate acquisition and digitization of analog signals throughout the spacecraft.

The module supports a broad range of analog sensors, including temperature sensors, sun sensors, voltage and current monitors, pressure transducers, and other mission-specific instrumentation. An onboard microcontroller manages sensor acquisition, analog-to-digital conversion, calibration, health monitoring, and communications with the spacecraft avionics network, delivering deterministic and reliable sensor data for flight software and mission applications.

Built around a standardized 3U VPX architecture, the Analog Input Card integrates seamlessly with the Nova Solvers Flight Computer / Mission Data Processor, System Controller, Positioning, Navigation & Timing Module, and other VPX avionics modules, providing a common sensor interface across multiple spacecraft configurations.

A custom heat frame provides efficient conductive thermal management and a robust mechanical interface for spacecraft integration.

Designed for harsh launch and space environments, the Analog Input Card is engineered to withstand vibration, shock, vacuum, radiation, and thermal cycling while supporting long-duration missions in LEO, MEO, GEO, cislunar, and deep-space environments.
